1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This Giveaway is offered only in the continental United States and is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who have reached the age of majority in the State in which they reside (void in Puerto Rico, Florida and where prohibited by law), and are eligible to enter, except employees and residents of the same households (whether related or not) and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings children and each of their respective spouses) regardless of where they live of: Washington County Visitors Association dba Explore Tualatin Valley (“Explore Tualatin Valley”), and its respective affiliated promotional agencies, and anyone involved in the promotion, development and handling of this Giveaway.
 
2. The Giveaway begins on May 17, 2026 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”).  
 
A total of one (1) Prize will be awarded. The prize (“Prize”) consist of the following:

Prize 1 “Tualatin Valley Guided Wine Tour with The Good Vibes Tour” 

• Guided Wine Tour with The Good Vibes Tour on Sunday July 19, 2026, 10:30am-5pm with pick-up/drop-off at the Cedartree Hotel.

• Tour includes three winery stops with tastings, lunch, and transportation.

• One night stay at the Cedartree Hotel, with a choice of complimentary bottle of Tokimeki Sparkling Sake at Check-In or 2 Glasses of Pink Mimosas at Breakfast. Includes Complimentary Breakfast for up to Two Persons.

• The total approximate retail value of Prize 1 is US $444.00.

Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitution. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part, or used at other locations. Airfare is not included. Each prize must be redeemed by July 19, 2026.
 
3. How to enter: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S./D.C. who are at least 21 years old as of date of entry. The giveaway require Entrants to complete all of the following: 

(a): Sign up for the Spring Sips Passport.
(b): Use the “Check-in” feature within the Tualatin Valley Spring Sips Passport at participating locations. One (1) check-in equals one (1) entry into the Giveaway Prize drawing. 
(c ): Limit one (1) check-in per person per location. 

By participating, the entrant automatically agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which will be available online at https://spring-sips.com/contest-rules

Incomplete registrations are void.  No other form of entry will be accepted.
 
Limit one (1) entry per individual, per Giveaway. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the preceding entry limitation will be disqualified.  Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like (online) entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and result in disqualification of any entrant using such methods.
 
This Giveaway is not in any manner sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Becoming a fan or follower of the Explore Tualatin Valley social media channels does not constitute an Entry into this Giveaway.

 

4. The one (1) prize will be awarded at random after a drawing by an independent party is performed from all eligible entries. Each random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Giveaway. The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person, family or household.

5. The Prize winner will be notified within one (1) week after the end of the Giveaway period. The selected winner will be contacted by email to arrange fulfillment of the Prize.  If the selected winner does not comply with the Terms and Conditions, or does not respond to the email within two (2) days of notification, that Entrant forfeits any right to the Prize and a new random winner will be selected. The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. In a dispute, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used for contest entry will be declared the winner of the giveaway. 
 
6. Explore Tualatin Valley is not responsible for failure for any reason whatsoever of the selected entrant to receive notification. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be handled by Explore Tualatin Valley. Explore Tualatin Valley reserves the right in their sole discretion to substitute any and all part of the Prize with a Prize of comparable value.
 
Explore Tualatin Valley is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer system, property or anything stored on or related thereto as a result of participation in, or connection with, this giveaway. Entrants release Explore Tualatin Valley from all liability in connection with the giveaway and any prize won.
 
7.  In order to be eligible to win the prize, the winner will be required to sign a declaration of compliance with the Giveaway Terms and Conditions and one (1) or more releases waiving Explore Tualatin Valley’s liability with respect to injuries, accidents, loss, or misfortune relating to the drawing and/or the awarding of the prize.
 
8. Explore Tualatin Valley is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, or for technical, equipment, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunction or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry by Explore Tualatin Valley, even if it affects ability to enter or entry into this Giveaway. Explore Tualatin Valley is also not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries. All submissions become the property of Explore Tualatin Valley and will not be returned.
 
9. The decisions of Explore Tualatin Valley for the Giveaway will be final and binding on all entrants. By entering, entrants agree that they have read, understood and agree to these Giveaway rules and regulations and release Explore Tualatin Valley from all liability in connection with the Giveaway and/or any prize. Prize is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Municipal taxes which are the responsibility of the winner.
 
10. Explore Tualatin Valley reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this Giveaway at any time without prior notification. Explore Tualatin Valley reserves the right to substitute any of the prize of equal or greater value in the event of non-availability of the prize for any reason. Void where prohibited.
 
11. All federal, state, and local laws/regulations apply. This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA (without regard to principles of conflict of laws), with venue and jurisdiction Washington County, OR and all claims must be resolved in the courts located in Washington County, OR, except as required by law.
 
12. The name of the winner may be obtained by e-mail sent to info@tualatinvalley.org within 120 days after the closing date of the Giveaway. Subject line must contain “Explore Tualatin Valley 2026 Spring Sips Passport Giveaway Winner”.
